Four craftsman-style duplexes and one quadraplex — designed for active seniors who want the peace of campus life while maintaining their full independence. Each unit is approximately 2,300 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space, with stone accents, covered porches, and all the character of a custom home.

The Campus
22.92 acres — all on our Lower Roswell Rd campus
The Haven will be located on the western side of the campus, along Little Road — adjacent to the existing church building and planned future facilities including a new Worship Center and Education Building. A proposed pond, soccer field, pickleball courts, and pet park complete the vision.

The Road to The Haven
Every step forward in faith. Here is where the project stands today.
Senior Adult Facility Working Group Formed
A dedicated team of 12 church members gathered to research, pray over, and develop recommendations for the senior adult facility.
Research & Recommendations Completed
After thorough study of community need, zoning, financing, and facility models — including site visits to comparable communities — the Working Group presented their full recommendation to the Elders.
Elders Approve Recommendations
The Eastside Church Elders reviewed and approved the Working Group's recommendations, including the 112-unit plan, the self-supporting bond financing model, and the 501(c)(3) structure.
Congregational Presentation & Vote
Eastside Church members will hear the full vision and vote on moving forward with the planning, construction, and operation of The Haven.
Government & Zoning Approvals
Required permits and zoning approvals for the senior adult facility on our 22.92-acre campus.
501(c)(3) Corporation Incorporated
A separate nonprofit corporation will be formed to finance, own, and operate The Haven — keeping it financially distinct from Eastside Church.
Bond Financing Secured
Bonds issued through the traditional bond marketplace will fund the construction. The facility is designed to be fully self-supporting.
Groundbreaking
The first shovels in the ground. A day of celebration, prayer, and gratitude for everything God has done to bring us here.
The Haven Opens Its Doors
The first residents of The Haven at Eastside move in. A cornerstone of Eastside's generational campus vision becomes home.
