We're committed to keeping our church family informed every step of the way. Here's where we are and how we got here.
Our church family gathered for an overnight vigil — 6 PM Friday to 6 AM Saturday — to bring The Haven before God. We prayed for His leadership, direction, and blessing on this project and on Eastside Church's broader generational vision for our campus.
After much prayer and deliberation, the Eastside Church Elders have officially approved the Senior Adult Facility Working Group's recommendations. The Haven at Eastside is moving forward.
The Senior Adult Facility Working Group — formed to research, study, and develop recommendations — formally presented their findings to the Elders. The proposal: a 112-unit senior adult campus offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
The vision has a name and a face. "The Haven at Eastside" — a place of safety, belonging, and continued purpose for the senior adults in our church family and community.
